What Exactly are Legal Herb Buds
Anyone wondering what legal herbal buds are has to begin at the very beginning. The highly acclaimed, Professor John Huffman was doing investigation at Clemson University when he began work that would lead to synthetic cannabis. He published his work in the appropriate medical journals, and then in 2005, some of these compounds began showing up in Germany, marketed as legal spice and alternately called K2 or Spice.

Numerous of these Legal Herbal Buds products were said to have effects remarkably similar to the effects of natural cannabis or THC, with users reporting a unwinding, euphoric feeling. However, it wasn't until 2010 that states began banning these legal herbal derivatives, and late in 2010 the DEA passed a one-year prohibition on five compounds commonly found in some legal herbal buds: JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-200, CP-47,497 and cannabicyclohexanol (from Wikipedia).

    Legal Bud

Even though some websites attempt to offer legal herb as just a legal form of marijuana, technically this is Against the law and a violation of DEA code. The reality is that Legal Smoking Buds are just another type of smoking products, like tobacco (or opium in the 19th century), and one that is usually legal in all US states. We say in general because there are an escalating number of states have attempted to permit laws prohibiting legal herbal smoking goods, but the herbal buds vendors just make an alternative version of the product tailored to each state's specific requirements. Most states in fact attempt to criminalize the synthetic chemicals obtained in smoking legal buds, although given that there were more than 450 derivatives of cannabis known this could be a very lengthy battle for the US government and the DEA.

For the most part folks find the truth that smoking legal buds will not initiate them to fail a drug test very appealing, because individuals have to pass a drug test for all kinds of things these days. Applying for jobs; regular drug testing if you have a job; applying for a loan; applying for an apartment; part of probation if you have been convicted of a DUI - the list goes on and on. Mostly individuals who work vigorously and need a way to relax at the end of the work day, but don't feel comfortable indulging in marijuana to fill that need because of the possibility of a failed drug analysis. For these individuals, Legal Herbal Buds are a real boon, and they have embraced it wholeheartedly.

A number of of the other reasons people partake in legal buds smoking is that it offers a way to quit smoking tobacco. That's true; plenty of folks use legal herb as a bridge to quit smoking tobacco because the very negative health effects of cigarettes are well recognized, while there are few known (if any) negative health effects of smoking herbs. Still others find it a helpful way to satisfy the need to hold something in your hand and smoke it. Unlike with cigarettes, the amount of legal herbal buds you need to experience the desired effects is very little, and doesn't require you to keep smoking more.
Did you know the Nazis were the first ones to initiate public bans on smoking in spaces like airports, trains and buses? It's factual; Adolf Hitler was quite the anti-smoking activist. He even went so far as to tag cigarettes as "a vice of the degenerate Negroes." And of course, they blamed the Jewish people for the induction of tobacco to German society and its negative health effects.

    Legal Herb Smoke

But long beforehand Hitler, linguistic Data shows that Germanic tribes were accustomed with hemp as a form of legal buds smoking, possibly as far back as 500 B.C. Nor were they the only ones; Chinese medicine men were familiar with marijuanna as a way to get in touch with the spirit world. Taoist (the ancient Chinese religion) teachings reference hemp in the 4th century A.D., describing how to burn it for the greatest effect. And in Africa, even though it's difficult to tell how far back the customs go because of the lack of a printed history, 19th century explorers found hemp cults throughout the continent, with tribesmen who were required to pass through the tests and smoke herbal buds as much as achievable.

Also herb legal usage isn't just limited to the distant past, either. In San Francisco, California currently there are "medical marijuana" dispensaries where patients who have a prescription can obtain legal buds. In Humboldt County, California, there are hundreds of thousands of acres devoted to growing not-so-legal buds, and the local authorities are extremely tolerant of people in possession of these herbs. In India currently, various spiritual festivals such as the festival of Shivrati and the festival of Holi involve spiritual wise men known as sadhus wandering the roads and smoking cannabis as an offering to the Indian goddess Shiva.
